This document outlines Queenswood Society for Spiritual Growth's (hereinafter "Queenswood") policy on the Privacy of website users and the collection and use of personally identifiable information and statistics through this website. By using this website or service, the website user (hereinafter the "User") signifies that they have read, understand and agree to this policy.
Collection of Information There are two types of information collected by Queenswood, about the User:

Such information collected is used by Queenswood to ensure the validity of reservations. This information is also used to contact the user in the event of programme cancellation. This information is collected from the user through either:

Such information collected is used by Queenswood to gather statistical information for demographics and to ensure the comptability of the web service with the most common operating systems and web browsers which navigate to the Queenswood Service. This information may be collected through,

Information which is collected is limited to the use within Queenswood. Queenswood acknowledges that they will only contact the user should the user agree to contact, or should the contact be related to the registration of a programme. Should the user not wish to receive any contact from Queenswood, outside of issues relating to registration to a programme, then the user shall remove him or herself from the Queenswood mailing list, and stop watching Categories and Facilitators. Both of these can be done through the "Member Home" link, located on the website.
Use of Information Collected All information collected by the user, shall not be sold, traded or given to any third party. The information may, however, be provided to the third party payment processor, PayPal, for the purposes of completing a requested registration to a programme. Such information may include, but is not limited to, the following.

No other third party companies shall receive such information, at any time, for any reason. This information is restricted to the internal use of Queenswood.
Website Monitoring Queenswood reserves the right to monitor the website, and collect any non-personally identifiable information. Website monitoring may occur with the use of cookies. Such cookies are limited to the monitoring of Queenswood's domain (queenswoodcentre.com), and cannot monitor use outside of this domain. Any such monitoring is to ensure the validity of orders / registrations. Should the user opt to disable cookies, then the user may not have access to some website services.
Storage of Information All information is stored within the Queenswood database. The email use for the payment with the third party service provider, PayPal, is also contained within this database. For the protection of the user, such information is encrypted. Should the user request that such information be removed from the database, Queenswood will comply within seven (7) business days. Such requests shall be made to info@queenswoodcentre.com. Any information related to orders, and programme registration cannot be removed from the database for one (1) year from time of order. This is to ensure the validity of all orders / registrations through the website.
