THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BY AND BETWEEN Queenswood Society for Spiritual Growth (hereinafter the "Company") AND YOU THE VISITOR OF THE WEBSITE (hereinafter the "User"). BY USING THE WEBSITE AND / OR USING THE SERVICES CONTAINED WITHIN, THE User HEREBY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter the "Terms") AND THE PRIVACY POLICY (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy", which can be found at http://www.queenswoodcentre.com/about/privacy_policy.html). SHOULD THE User NOT AGREE TO THE Terms, IN PART OR WHOLE, THEN THE USER SHOULD DISCONTINUE USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
1. Registration of Programmes The Company reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. The Company also acknowledges that upon cancellation of any program, any deposits collected from the User shall be returned to the User within fifteen (15) business days. Should a cheque need to be supplied to the user as a form of refund, then such cheque shall be postmarked by the fifteenth (15th) day, after cancellation.
The User acknowledges that registration to any program does not guarantee a position within the programme. Until the deposit, or amount owing is processed, registration is a first-come-first-served basis. The User acknowledges should the programme may fill before the deposit is fully processed, then such deposit will be refunded.
2. Deposits And Amounts Due Deposits and amounts due ensure the User's place within the programme. Once processed, the User acknowledges that they are registered into the programme. Furthermore, the User acknowledges that until processed, the registration is on a first-come-first-service basis. A deposit may take up to eight (8) business days to process once received. Should deposit be sent by mail, deposit will take up to eight (8) business days to process once received. Should a deposit be made via eCheck through the 3rd Party Payment provider, PayPal, then such payments can take up to eight (8) business days to clear. Only once cleared will a spot reservation be attempted. Payments via 3rd Party Service Provider, PayPal, using credit card or pre-authorized payment, can take up to five (5) business days to process, depending on the processing speed of the 3rd Party Payment provider, PayPal.
3. Payments Payments are to be made by one of two ways:

All payments made through PayPal are subject to the Terms and Conditions provided by PayPal during payment processing. The Company does not collect any credit card, banking or other financial information from PayPal. Information that may be collected from PayPal upon payment completion, by the Company, includes, but is not limited to, the following,

Payee Email Address
Payee Address
Any information collected is used to validate with User provided information before reservation is made. The email address collected is used to contact the User regarding their program, as is their address.
Payment by cheque can take up to eight (8) business days to process upon receipt of cheque. Should the cheque be rejected / denied, then the User acknowledges that any such reservation is forfeited.
4. Collection of Information The User certifies that any, and all, information provided to the Company is accurate. Any and all information collected is used entirely within the Company, and is not sold, traded, or given to any third party. This information is securely stored and only used to contact the User regarding their active orders. Any other contact by the Company is only to be done at the User's request. Information collected is within strict accordance of the Privacy Policy.
Some personally identifiable information may need to be provided to the third party payment provider, PayPal, in order to complete the requested order. Such information may include, but is not limited to the following:

Such information is only provided to complete the requested order.
5. Contact The User acknowledges that the Company may need to contact them from time to time regarding the programme they have registered for. The Company may or may not contact the User, but should be required, the User agrees to accept any such email. Any other mailings from the Company will only be sent to the User should the User opt-into such mailings.
6. Ownership of Content Some images may be copyright their respective owners and is used with permission. Any content, other images or media is copyright by Queenswood Society for Spiritual Growth, and is not to be used without the written consent of the Company, for any reason, in part or whole. All rights reserved.
7. Fraudulent Activity Any and all fraudulent activity which occurs within the website will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any and all fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Monitoring The Company reserves the right to monitor the website and services contained within the website by use of logging IP addresses, country locations, browser information, and other essential information to ensure the validity of orders and the User. The Company may, however, choose not to monitor the website. Cookies may be used for purposes of tracking the User within the Company website. This is limited to the Company website, and cannot be used to track outside of the Company domain (queenswoodcentre.com).
8. Privacy Policy The Privacy Policy, located at http://www.queenswoodcentre.com/about/privacy_policy.html, governs the policy set forth by the Company as to the security of the Privacy of the User only. Information collected by the Company shall not be sold, traded or given to any third party, except in the case specified in Section 4 of these terms.. The above information does not include User information which may be collected during the registration or reservation process.
Such information may be used to gather anonymous statistics about user location, compatibility of website for the User and most popular times of day, week, month, or year. This information is not limited to these purposes, but is limited to within the Company.
The Company may also use cookies to keep track of user input, user sessions and tracking clicks on the Company website. These cookies are limited to the Company website, and cannot track through other websites. Should the User disable cookies, some services may not be available to the User.
9. Updates To These Terms The Company reserves the right at any time, for any reason, to modify these Terms, in part or whole, without notice to the User. The User acknowledges they are responsible for periodically checking these Terms for changes. Any use of this website or service after an update to these Terms, signifies an agreement by the User to the new Terms and Conditions, set forth by the Company.

Liabilities THE Company CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE User WHILE USING THIS WEB SERVICE OR WEBSITE, AND ANY AND ALL LEGALITIES MUST BE ADDRESSED BY THE User. THIS CONTRACT IS BY AND BETWEEN THE User AND THE Company, AND IS A BINDING CONTRACT AND SHALL BE TREATED AS SUCH. THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, AND ANY AND ALL FEDERAL CANADIAN LAWS.
