Flo has a Master’s degree in counseling Psychology. She has used the Myers Briggs Type Indicator with a wide variety of clients of differing ages, backgrounds, and interests. Flo is interested in the spiritual applications of the Myers Briggs.
She is deeply committed to lay leadership development of both youth and adults. Her work has been at the parish, university campus, and diocesan levels; and she most recently served for 5 years as a Diocesan Youth Coordinator.
