Chris studied ashtanga yoga and the yoga teacher training at the Mt. Madonna Yoga Centre, Watsonville, California. He has taught yoga in Vancouver, Victoria and Salt Spring Island.
Chris is a woodworker by trade and by day and knows that yoga helps with flexibility, prevention of injury and recovery from injury through the use of proper breath and body movement techniques.
