Food feeds both our bodies and souls. It nourishes our physical selves and creates community for our spiritual selves. That's why food is so important to us at Queenswood. And whether you're on retreat or at a meeting at Queenswood, you're here to focus on other things than its preparation, so we take pride in making it for you.
Kitchen manager Wendy Barron-Porter and her dedicated staff can develop a menu with you that suits your particular needs. When you register for a retreat or group booking, please remember to indicate if you have any allergies or dietary requirements so that we can plan ahead for you.
Silence is an important part of the spiritual practice of many of the world's religious and spiritual traditions. In order to make silent meals regularly possible for guests, each meal offers a silent and social seating. You're welcome to arrive for the silent seating and stay through the social seating.
