This class allows the participants to practice within their own level of experience, with an emphasis on body awareness and dynamic relaxation.

Breathing techniques to improve concentration will also be taught.

Each class consists of a warm-up, standing, seated and reclined poses, and relaxation.

A safe and encouraging environment will be nurtured, with constant focus on respecting one’s own limits and on achieving fitness without forcefulness.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those already practicing yoga, both men and women.
