Through mindful movement meditation, we release used energy out of the body, allowing the breath and movement to flood the body with fresh oxygenated blood to increase vitality, joy and peace of mind. These classes are for all levels and ages. We return to claim our birthright, to move the spirit through the body and calm the mind.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
