From the intense and passionate – to the heart of stillness

The practice of yoga takes place not just in our body, but also in our mind and our very soul.

Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul, create the symphony of life.

We will work with movements and postures, music, meditation, contemplation and breath.

You will gain:

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those already practicing yoga, both men and women.

This is an introductory session.
